Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React Native, Node/Nest) - Full-time - EU/LATAM

About the Role

We are preparing to launch a new AI-first consumer app (React Native + Node/NestJS, Postgres/Prisma, Railway). The app is built and close to release; We need one very senior full-stack engineer to own reliability, observability, production readiness, and ongoing iteration.

We are an AI-native team: you should be excited for AI to write 90%+ of the code, while you focus on architecture, code review, debugging, and shipping stable features quickly.

Responsibilities

• Review and strengthen the existing codebase for launch (within ~1 month).
• Own observability: logging, monitoring, alerts, incident response.
• Improve CI/CD, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Ship full-stack features using AI as a primary coding tool.
• Maintain high reliability for a live, consumer-scale mobile app.

Requirements

• 5+ years full-stack experience (React Native, TypeScript, Node/NestJS).
• Strong with Postgres, Prisma, mobile performance, and backend reliability.
• Proven experience owning production systems at an early-stage startup.
• Comfortable with AI-generated code (review, refactor, debug).
• Based in EU or Americas with 3–4 hours overlap with Europe.

• Experience launching high-traffic consumer mobile apps.
• Strong CI/CD and release management for mobile apps.
