Join our innovative team as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to spearhead the development of a cutting-edge preventive health web platform. This role involves building a minimum viable product (MVP) from scratch, encompassing a patient portal, physician review interface, rules engine, and automated report generation. We are particularly interested in candidates located in the LATAM or EST timezone.

Responsibilities

Design and implement the core architecture of the web platform using Next.js and TypeScript.
Develop a comprehensive patient portal that facilitates user-friendly access to health information.
Create a robust physician review interface to streamline patient evaluations.
Integrate a rules engine to automate decision-making processes within the platform.
Implement automated report generation to enhance the efficiency of health assessments.
Ensure seamless integration with PostgreSQL databases for reliable data management.

Required Skills

Proven experience in Next.js and TypeScript for full-stack development.
Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL for database design and management.
Ability to develop complex web applications from the ground up.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Experience with Supabase (auth + storage)
Experience integrating payment providers (MercadoPago or Webpay)
Experience with PDF generation (Playwright or equivalent)
Prior work at an early-stage startup or MVP build
Familiarity with the healthcare industry and preventive health technologies.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams, particularly within the LATAM or EST timezones.
