Role Overview

Join us as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to develop a groundbreaking social services coordination platform tailored for the criminal justice system. Our platform aims to streamline processes through a comprehensive, searchable directory of organizations and employment opportunities, enhanced by a one-click referral tracking system, a Pro dashboard for case managers and probation officers, and an AI-powered matching feature. With a complete Figma mockup ready, you'll have the opportunity to bring this vision to life from design to production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the MVP of our coordination platform using React and Node.js.
• Translate Figma designs into functional, high-quality code.
• Integrate a searchable directory and one-click referral tracking system.
• Build and optimize a Pro dashboard for case managers and probation officers.
• Implement an AI matching layer to enhance platform efficiency.
• Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with React and Node.js for full-stack development.
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end architecture.
• Ability to translate design mockups into functional applications.
• Proficiency in building scalable and secure web applications.

• Experience working in the EST timezone to facilitate collaboration.
