Senior Full-Stack Engineer for Legal-Tech Platform

Role Overview

Join Let’s-ParaConnect, a cutting-edge legal-tech platform, as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer. We empower attorneys to hire paralegals for project-based work using a secure Stripe escrow system. With the core system live and operational, you'll enhance and finalize the platform to make it fully production-ready.

Responsibilities

• Finalize the end-to-end Stripe escrow flow to ensure seamless financial transactions.
• Integrate and wire attorney/paralegal dashboard features, including messages, tasks, case files, and deadlines.
• Complete and refine profile settings functionality, including photo upload and cropping capabilities.
• Finish the logic for the admin dashboard, ensuring comprehensive oversight capabilities.
• Optimize and clean up frontend JavaScript modules for improved efficiency and performance.
• Implement role-based redirects and manage session handling to enhance user experience across all pages.
• Stabilize the entire platform, ensuring it is robust, reliable, and ready for production.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Node.js and Express for backend development.
• Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose for database management.
• Expertise in Stripe integration, particularly escrow systems.
• Strong command of Vanilla JavaScript modules, along with HTML/CSS for frontend development.
• Familiarity with hosting platforms like Render.
• Competency in using GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
