Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Firebase, React) - Full-time - NA/LATAM/EU

About the Role

SageReport is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to support ongoing product development. We are seeking someone highly autonomous, AI-native, and product-minded - not someone who simply executes tickets.

You will help design, build, and ship features across the stack.

Role Overview

You will work directly with the core team to expand and improve the SageReport platform. This is not a task-execution role - we are looking for someone who can understand product goals, propose improvements, and implement them end-to-end.

You will primarily work with:

• Frontend: React
• Backend / Infrastructure: Firebase (including Cloud Firestore)

The ideal candidate is comfortable designing features, improving architecture, and shipping production-ready code quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack features from concept to deployment
• Build scalable frontend components using React
• Architect and maintain backend services using Firebase and Firestore
• Improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and system design
• Work independently with minimal direction
• Maintain high standards of code quality and documentation

Required Experience

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong expertise with React
• Strong experience with Firebase ecosystem (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Authentication, Security rules)
• Experience designing and maintaining production SaaS systems
• Excellent understanding of modern JavaScript / TypeScript
• Strong system design and debugging skills
• Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote team
