Join our client, a leading application development consulting firm, as a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead. This role is ideal for a versatile developer adept at working across diverse technologies and client environments. You will contribute hands-on to development, engage in client discussions, and guide a small development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance web applications using C# / ASP.NET, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
- Engage in both backend and frontend development according to project requirements.
- Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and application services.
- Participate in client meetings to understand requirements, clarify scope, and provide technical input.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to support a small team of developers.
- Configure, deploy, and support applications in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS, as well as non-cloud environments when needed.
- Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests.
- Set up or support logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting for application performance issues.
- Utilize Git-based source control workflows effectively.
- Use AI-assisted development tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar to enhance development efficiency.
- Adapt quickly to new technologies, frameworks, CMS platforms, and client-specific environments.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with C# / ASP.NET development.
- Proficient in TypeScript / Node.js.
- Experience with at least one modern frontend framework, preferably React or Angular.
- Solid understanding of full-stack web application development.
- Experience building or integrating APIs and backend services.
- Proficient understanding of Git source control.
- Experience writing unit tests and integration tests.
- Ability to configure, deploy, or support applications in Azure, AWS, or similar environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for application issues, including performance, logging, and monitoring.
- Strong communication skills and comfort participating in client-facing meetings.
- Ability to work independently while also supporting and guiding other developers.
- Flexible, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies as project needs evolve.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Drupal, WordPress, Umbraco, or Bloomreach.
- Prior experience in a web consulting, digital agency, or client-services environment.
- Experience modernizing or maintaining legacy applications.
- Experience leading small development teams or mentoring junior/mid-level developers.
- Familiarity with AI code-assisted development tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
