Overview
The Read Corp is a dynamic real estate development company looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the development of a custom web application. The ideal candidate will work closely with the internal IT lead and oversee the creation of a comprehensive solution to replace the company’s current Google Sheets-based system. The developer will also support the creation of an intuitive UI/UX interface, integrate APIs, and ensure scalability for future phases of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Continue or build from an existing Phoenix Elixir application, providing full-stack expertise.
- Collaborate on the design and development of user interfaces with a focus on enhancing user experience.
- Work closely with the IT lead to implement back-end functionality and front-end design.
- Develop and maintain APIs, particularly for systems like DocuSign, and streamline integration across various business functions.
- Assist in the development of a CRM solution (basic) and ensure future scalability for the project.
- Utilize industry-standard best practices, ensuring the ability for other developers to seamlessly pick up the project later.
- Participate in the entire project life cycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in the Phoenix Framework and Elixir.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Strong UI/UX design experience, with the ability to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Knowledge of API development and integration, with specific experience using DocuSign APIs preferred.
- Experience with Figma or other design tools is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM integration and development is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively in English, and collaborate remotely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering projects on time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on real estate or related industry applications.
- Familiarity with various CRM tools and the ability to integrate them into custom applications.
- Located in the U.S. or in a time zone conducive to collaboration with a West Palm Beach-based team.
