About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both Next.js and TypeScript on the frontend, along with Python and FastAPI on the backend. In this role, you will drive the development of our platform, which combines responsive user interfaces with a sophisticated backend designed for AI and data processing applications. Our tech stack is built to be flexible and scalable, allowing for rapid deployment and iterative improvements.

You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining frontend components using Shadcn UI while contributing to a robust backend supported by PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy. As we continue to build out our AI capabilities, you will also work closely with LangChain and LanGraph frameworks, requiring familiarity with machine learning and data science tools to ensure optimal system performance.

Required Skills

Frontend Development:

• Extensive experience with Next.js and TypeScript
• Proficiency with Shadcn UI for creating and managing layout and components
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to translate them into interactive, user-friendly interfaces

Backend Development:

• Advanced knowledge of Python and web frameworks, especially FastAPI
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy for database management and ORM
• Experience with machine learning frameworks, particularly LangChain and LanGraph
• Expertise with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy

Full Stack Experience:

• Ability to integrate frontend and backend seamlessly, contributing to all aspects of development
• Proven experience deploying applications in a cloud environment (experience with Azure is a plus)
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs (e.g., Neo4J) and vector databases, supporting our data-driven application needs

Nice to Have Skills

• Exposure to CrewAI and AutoGen frameworks, with the potential to expand our multi-agent capabilities
• Experience working with OpenAI APIs and a variety of data processing frameworks
• Familiarity with advanced data structures and indexing for vector databases
