City-Pitch is building a SaaS platform delivering AI-assisted, concierge-level travel briefings for business travelers. Our system uses multiple specialized AI agents to research and compile tailored content from over 400 destinations worldwide.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a full-stack developer with proven experience designing and deploying multi-agent systems using OpenAI’s Agents SDK (2024/2025). The role involves building an orchestrated agent architecture, integrating toolchains (LangChain, RAG pipelines, Make.com/CrewAI), and delivering a scalable, SaaS-ready backend.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a modular multi-agent workflow (planner → specialized agents → aggregator)
• Integrate with external APIs, data sources, and automation tools
• Build a scalable backend infrastructure with user management and secure data handling
• Collaborate on UI/UX for smooth user journeys from topic selection to generated report delivery

Required Experience

• Proven track record with OpenAI Agents SDK and multi-agent orchestration
• Strong full-stack skills (Node.js, Python, or similar; modern frontend framework)
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar orchestration frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SaaS architecture best practices

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with Make.com/Zapier automation
• Background in travel, content aggregation, or knowledge-intensive SaaS
