About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help architect and scale the infrastructure that powers our AI employee platform. You’ll design the systems that enable AI agents to connect with third-party apps, orchestrate workflows, and collaborate in real time with human users.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI, automation, and systems integration — and wants to define how software agents work in real-world production environments.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build real-time collaborative interfaces using Next.js, React, and Supabase/Liveblocks-like systems
• Design and implement a modular integration framework (inspired by MCP, Zapier, and n8n) for connecting APIs, actions, and data pipelines
• Integrate LLM-powered agents (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) so they can understand context, perform actions, and collaborate with users inside the workspace
• Build and maintain Node.js microservices (Dockerized) for orchestration, task routing, and secure external integrations
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to define human-AI collaboration interfaces
• Establish best practices for API design, versioning, security, and integration extensibility

Required Skills

• 5+ years in modern full-stack development (TypeScript preferred)
• Deep expertise in Next.js, React, and Node.js
• Proven experience with large-scale integrations (OAuth, REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs)
• Strong understanding of real-time systems (WebSockets, Supabase Realtime, or similar)
• Familiarity with AI or automation systems (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or orchestration frameworks)
• Proficiency in Docker, microservice architectures, and cloud deployment
• A strong product mindset — you care as much about experience as scalability
• Demonstrated track record of building and shipping standout products or systems

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience designing integration frameworks or developer platforms (Zapier, n8n, or internal API ecosystems)
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar AI integration standards
• Familiarity with Supabase, Postgres, or Edge Functions
• Prior experience with multiplayer collaboration tools or AI-native products
• Comfort with event-driven architectures, RAG pipelines, or AI orchestration frameworks
