Reddy is an AI startup transforming call center performance through real-time coaching, simulations, and automated QA. We’re rapidly growing and building new product engineering pods to meet customer demand. Our stack includes Django/Python, cloud-hosted infrastructure, and LLM-backed services.
This role will be a critical contributor to our engineering team, driving technical innovation and product development.

Reddy is an all-in-one platform designed for enterprise CX (Customer Experience) teams that trains, assists, and coaches agents. We do this during the three phases: before, during, and after calls — enabling exceptional performance at every stage. By automating key workflows and surfacing intelligence from real
data, Reddy simplifies CX across the board, powering faster ramp times, higher quality scores, and lower turnover.

We combine advanced AI with realistic simulations, live-call assist, and automated QA to deliver tailored coaching for every agent, without added managerial overhead.

The Role

We’re hiring a senior engineer to be a key technical contributor to our product’s development. You’ll work closely with the team, collaborate on mission-critical projects, and drive technical excellence with your expertise.

This is a highly technical role that requires deep engineering skills, creativity, and a passion for building cutting-edge AI-powered solutions. You should be able to follow established patterns and approaches within existing code bases with ease and write code that is considered high quality by colleagues.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute directly to the full-stack development of Reddy’s platform.
• Design and implement robust, scalable backend and frontend features.
• Collaborate on infrastructure design and system reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Design and implement AI-driven features and complex integrations with external systems.
• Build and maintain evaluation pipelines for AI workflows.
• Continuously improve UX through thoughtful frontend work and user feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with:
– Django and Celery (Python backend)
– HTML, HTMX, TailwindCSS, vanilla JavaScript (frontend)
– Ansible and DevOps/infra fundamentals
• Strong product and UX sensibilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills

• Proficiency with AI/LLM tools and frameworks (e.g., DSPy, Braintrust, LangChain).
• Experience with AI evaluation pipelines and complex AI workflows.
• Understanding of cloud operations, scaling, and deployment strategies.
• Fast, iterative development mindset.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
• Experience with data integrations and third-party APIs.
