Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI-Powered Real Estate Platform) WW-PT

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with extensive backend and AI experience to complete the MVP of our AI-powered real estate MLS platform tailored for the Canadian market. This platform aims to combine the functionalities of Zillow with the conversational capabilities of ChatGPT. The MVP is nearing completion, and your expertise will be crucial in finalizing the remaining 10% and ensuring the platform's stability and usability. Post-launch, you will collaborate to build and execute a comprehensive 1-year feature roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Finalize and troubleshoot the MVP, focusing on ensuring its stability and usability.
• Develop and optimize backend features using Node.js.
• Create and enhance frontend components with React.
• Integrate and refine AI-driven features, including ranking systems and intelligent search functionalities.
• Work closely with the founder to define and deliver a strategic long-term roadmap.

Required Skills

• 5–10+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and React.
• Proven experience with AI/ML integration, such as ranking systems, intelligent search, or recommendation engines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Preferable time zone overlap with North America.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI/ML tools like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar for ranking and enrichment.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using GitHub for version control and Docker for deployment.
