Frontend Developer (Svelte/React) - Contract

Project Overview
We're seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to support ongoing development of a SvelteKit application. The role focuses on frontend-heavy full-stack work including bug fixes, PDF builder enhancements, and email system automation. The ideal candidate will help stabilize the project during a transition period and deliver key features.

Responsibilities

• Implement bug fixes and improvements for existing SvelteKit application
• Develop and enhance PDF builder functionality
• Build automated delivery email system with list management features
• Execute frontend development with some backend coordination (e.g., running queries)
• Collaborate with team to maintain code quality during transition period
• Deliver clean, maintainable code with clear documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
• Strong expertise in Svelte (preferred) or React
• Experience with PDF generation libraries and email system development
• Ability to work with backend systems and run basic queries
• Proven track record of delivering production-ready features
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Availability for full-time engagement (40 hours/week)

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with SvelteKit framework
• Experience working in transition/stabilization scenarios
• Previous work on document generation or email automation systems
