Senior Frontend Developer (React, Typescript, UI focus, Exp w/ AI tool) - Full-time - NA/LATAM/EU

About the Role

We’re looking for a Front-End Software Engineer with a strong UI/UX focus to help bring Aizen’s web app to life. You’ll play a foundational role in shaping the user experience across our platform—building elegant, performant, and accessible interfaces that make it easy for users to build, deploy, and monitor AI workflows.

You’ll work closely with design, product, and backend engineering to transform complex ideas into a seamless, responsive experience. If you’re someone who loves great design, sweats the details, and has a strong sense of UI polish, we’d love to work with you.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain core product interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Use shadcn/ui to compose clean, accessible, and beautiful UI components
• Collaborate with design and product to turn Figma mocks and user flows into working features
• Implement real-time, responsive, and accessible web experiences
• Optimize for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Work with modern tools like Cursor, Radix UI, Framer Motion, and Headless UI
• Contribute to and evolve Aizen’s design system and component library
• Write clean, maintainable code and support strong front-end testing practices (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.)

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of front-end development experience building web apps
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern component libraries Must know front-end context management (i.e. how the structure integrates with the backend API)
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, and other modern frontend tools
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, with an eye for detail and interaction
• Experience using Cursor or similar tools for fast prototyping and debugging
• Comfort working with Figma, translating design specs to polished UIs
• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility best practices, and animation libraries like Framer Motion
  Bonus: Experience integrating with AI/ML APIs or interest in AI tooling
