Senior Engineer for Compliance Operations Software - PT - US/EU/UK

Role Overview

Zeriss is on the forefront of developing cutting-edge compliance operations software. We are seeking a proficient Senior Engineer to evaluate, enhance, and propel our B2B SaaS platform towards a successful launch. The platform is currently in development with a robust codebase, infrastructure, and roadmap in place.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough audits of the existing codebase and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform technical audits and gap assessments to distinguish completed from incomplete functionalities.
• Deliver production-ready features on a weekly basis.
• Develop scalable backend services and high-quality frontend user experiences.
• Work from comprehensive product blueprints and specifications.
• Demonstrate working functionality in staging environments weekly.
• Participate actively in weekly review demonstrations.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Proficient in working with PostgreSQL and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Docker, and SaaS architecture.
• Expertise in handling Authentication & Authorization.
• Familiarity with background workers/job queues and production deployments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Compliance software, Audit software, or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
• Knowledge of Security software and AI-powered SaaS platforms.
