About the Company

MoneyStack is a fast-growing, mission-driven startup helping individuals across the U.S. rebuild their financial lives after gambling addiction. We work with licensed financial counselors and mental health professionals to provide free, government-funded financial recovery services.

Our small, tight-knit team of six is now looking to add a freelance growth marketer to help us scale our impact and reach more people in need.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on digital marketer with a strong background in B2C growth strategies. You’ll be our go-to person for launching and optimizing campaigns, generating leads, and building the digital foundation for growth. This is a part-time freelance role (10–20 hours/week) with the potential to convert to full-time as we grow.

You'll work closely with our CEO and core team to prioritize marketing experiments, execute campaigns, and measure performance across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google, Facebook/Meta)
  • Drive SEO strategy and content performance
  • Build and optimize landing pages for conversions
  • Coordinate with YouTube influencers and online communities for outreach
  • Track and analyze conversion metrics and campaign ROI
  • Collaborate with the team during core hours (10am–3pm ET)
  • Iterate rapidly and contribute ideas to improve customer acquisition and retention

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles
  • Proven track record running Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and landing page optimization
  • Strong skills in conversion tracking, A/B testing, and analytics tools
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal hand-holding
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • B2C experience is essential; background in health, behavioral health, or finance is a big plus
