About the Role
Foresight Sports Australia, a leader in high-end golf launch monitors and simulation technology, is seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our digital strategy and drive qualified leads across Australia and Southeast Asia.
We are looking for a hands-on marketer to join our lean team and work closely with our internal stakeholders and Arc’s talent sourcing team. Your goal: audit and refine our current digital marketing efforts, optimize our digital channels, and help grow our lead pipeline in a rapidly evolving marketing landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing digital marketing efforts (paid, organic, email, website)
- Develop and execute a refreshed, data-driven digital strategy to improve lead generation
- Optimize website content, structure, and landing pages to enhance the consumer journey
- Explore and implement new channels (e.g., Google Shopping Ads) to improve marketing reach
- Manage and enhance SEO strategy and execution
- Collaborate with internal team (Marketing Lead & Web Manager) for alignment and integration
- Evaluate and iterate on paid advertising performance (paid search & social)
- Provide weekly updates on performance, strategy, and next steps
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with high-end B2B and B2C products
- Proven success managing paid search and paid social campaigns with measurable ROI
- Strong grasp of SEO, email marketing (e.g., MailChimp), and website optimization
- Experience auditing and improving conversion rates through landing page optimization
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Self-motivated and capable of operating independently and proactively
Nice to Have
- Experience with e-commerce websites and Google Shopping Ads
- Familiarity with APAC markets (especially Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand)
- Prior work with sports technology or premium consumer electronics
