Role Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Senior DevOps or Backend Engineer for a critical engagement. The primary objective is to seamlessly transition account ownership and service management as our current developer transitions out. This role involves ensuring all systems are documented and backed up effectively, with a focus on clear communication and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive inventory of all accounts and services currently managed by the outgoing developer.
• Transfer ownership and billing details of all accounts to the company.
• Thoroughly review existing documentation to ensure it is accurate and executable.
• Verify the reliability and restorability of all backups.
• Communicate technical details and processes in a clear, understandable manner to a non-technical audience.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in DevOps or backend engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in account management and service transition.
• Excellent documentation skills and the ability to verify technical processes.
• Effective communication skills, particularly in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
