Senior Developer for Estate Management Platform

Role Overview

We are building a private, invitation-only estate management platform for high-value multi-residence properties. The platform is delivered as a Progressive Web App (PWA) — no App Store required — and serves multiple distinct user roles, each with a tailored interface and strictly enforced role-based access control.

Front-end designs will be supplied in full by the client (Adobe XD / HTML). A detailed technical brief, full sitemap, and database schema are already prepared. You are not being hired to figure out what to build — you are being hired to build it correctly and securely.

Responsibilities

• Implement the full platform from supplied designs and technical specification
• Build and configure Supabase (EU-hosted) including PostgreSQL schema, Row-Level Security policies, Auth, Storage, and Edge Functions
• Develop the React / TypeScript frontend as a PWA with offline capability, service workers, and Web Push notifications
• Integrate the Anthropic Claude API for AI agent functionality (server-side only — API key never exposed to client)
• Implement MFA authentication, invitation-only user flows, and magic link access for service providers
• Handle photo upload, validation, and secure storage
• Conduct security hardening, performance optimisation, and production deployment to Vercel EU
• Participate in regular video calls with the product owner for reviews and direction

Required Skills

• Senior-level React and TypeScript — clean, maintainable, component-based code
• Deep Supabase experience — RLS policy design is non-negotiable for this project
• PWA architecture — service workers, IndexedDB offline queuing, Web Push
• Strong security mindset — this platform handles sensitive private data for high-profile clients
• Clear written English communication — async-first working relationship

Nice to Have

• Experience with the Anthropic Claude API or other LLM integrations
• Familiarity with EU GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar data protection frameworks
• Experience building multi-role platforms with complex permission structures
• Preferred timezone preference of UTC+1 to UTC+3
