We're a dynamic IT consulting firm supporting clients in highly regulated industries. We are currently working on a high-impact project with a customer in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector and are seeking a Senior C# Developer to join the team on a 3–6 month contract, starting in September 2025.
About the Role
We’re looking for a senior-level C# developer (5–6 years of experience) to help us deliver a mission-critical desktop application that meets strict audit and compliance standards. This role is ideal for a developer with solid experience building modern, maintainable WPF applications using MVVM, unit testing, and dependency injection.
You’ll be working directly with our client’s technical team to design, implement, and test high-quality features with a strong emphasis on code quality and structured architecture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WPF applications using modern C# best practices
- Apply MVVM, unit testing, and dependency injection to ensure code maintainability and testability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, PMs, and client developers
- Ensure compliance with audit-ready documentation and regulated coding standards
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes
- Occasional travel to Switzerland may be required for on-site testing and client collaboration
Required Skills
- 5–6 years of professional experience in C# development
- Strong knowledge and experience with WPF and MVVM architecture
- Solid understanding of unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, MSTest, NUnit)
- Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks (e.g., Autofac, Unity, Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection)
- Clean coding practices and a structured development mindset
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Razor and Blazor web technologies
- Previous work in regulated industries such as pharma, medtech, or manufacturing
- Familiarity with German language (helpful for documentation/client meetings)
Engagement Details
- Contract Duration: 3–6 months (starting September)
- Time Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Location: Remote (Europe preferred for time zone and travel)
- Travel: Occasional onsite travel to Switzerland may be required
