Demand The Limits (DTL), a dynamic Florida personal injury law firm, is embarking on Project Lotus: DTL 2.0. This significant brand evolution is centered around our proprietary Intelligent Concierge Experience (ICX™). We are in search of a talented Senior Brand Book Designer/Creative Director to craft a comprehensive brand identity system. Your work will inform our integrated marketing campaign and shape our long-term brand expression.
Responsibilities
- Develop a flexible logo system with primary, secondary, and stacked variations, including specifications for clear space and minimum sizes.
- Design the ICX brand mark as a sub-identity for the DTL Concierge Experience.
- Construct a detailed color system, specifying primary and secondary palettes with hex, RGB, CMYK, and Pantone codes.
- Establish a typography system covering display, body, and functional types for both web and print.
- Provide photographic art direction, including mood, casting principles, and treatment guidelines.
- Integrate voice principles into design, visualizing them on a single page.
- Produce 3–5 mockups to demonstrate the brand's application in real-world scenarios.
- Refine and expand Phase 1 deliverables into a comprehensive 45–55 page brand book.
- Develop channel-specific applications for CTV, OOH, paid social, search, display, and professional materials.
- Guide owned and earned channels, including website, signage, email, and office environment.
- Create Spanish-language brand expressions through cultural adaptation.
- Establish a system for ICX brand mark application across various touchpoints.
- Develop asset templates for recurring needs and establish brand governance.
Required Skills
- Expertise in developing brand identity systems beyond just logos.
- Advanced skills in logo design, color systems, typography, and photographic art direction.
- Ability to integrate and visualize voice principles within design.
- Experience in creating mockups and applying brands in real-world contexts.
- Strong documentation skills for comprehensive brand guidelines.
Nice to Have
- Experience in branding for hospitality, financial services, healthcare, premium consumer, beverage, or loyalty/CRM sectors.
- Familiarity with branding for concierge or luxury services.
- Proven experience collaborating with creative teams under tight timelines.
