Senior Blockchain Dev

Key Responsibilities

• Smart Contract Architecture: Design, develop, test, and deploy the full suite of smart contracts for the HADO ecosystem, including:
• Economic Model Implementation: Implement the complex on-chain logic for our economic agents and revenue flows.
• DeFi Integration: Develop the automated systems for creating and managing liquidity pools for new COL-Tokens on decentralized exchanges, potentially utilizing bonding curves.
• System Security & Anti-Gaming: Lead the technical implementation of our robust anti-gaming and Sybil-resistance mechanisms, ensuring the principle that the "cost of an attack > benefit of an attack". This includes designing contracts that support staking with slashing risk.
• On-Chain & Off-Chain Integration: Architect the secure and efficient communication layer between our platform's backend services (e.g., fiat payment processing, content delivery) and the blockchain.
• Technical Leadership: Define the project's blockchain technology stack, establish best practices for security and development, lead security audits, and mentor future team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years focused on blockchain and smart contract engineering, specifically on EVM-compatible chains.
• Expert-level proficiency in Solidity, with a deep understanding of the EVM, gas optimization techniques, and up-to-date security best practices (e.g., reentrancy protection, oracle manipulation).
• Proven experience deploying complex DeFi protocols involving staking, liquidity pools, and tokenomics.
• Strong understanding of common token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721/1155).
• Demonstrable experience in architecting and designing complex, interconnected smart contract systems from the ground up.
