We've recently launched PX Insights, a new product that enables customers to leverage data-driven insights and customer signals to improve product experiences and drive business impact—whether increasing sales or reducing returns.

About the Role

We are looking for Senior Backend Engineers to join our PX Insights team and contribute to two mission-critical initiatives: the Actionable Insights Engine and ROI Analytics. You will play a pivotal role in designing and building scalable, intelligent systems that deliver real business value to our users.

Key Responsibilities

1. Actionable Insights Engine

• Build a recommendations engine that suggests actions based on product performance across sales channels
• Design modular analysis models tailored to specific data sources and use cases
• Ensure high scalability and performance to handle large datasets

2. ROI Analytics

• Build capabilities to track improvement over time in key product metrics
• Design efficient solutions to work with large volumes of time-series data
• Help customers measure the real impact of their actions on KPIs

Tech Stack & Tools

• Primary: PHP (Symfony)
• Bonus: Go, React, GCP

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in PHP, ideally with Symfony
• Proven experience building scalable systems that handle large data volumes
• Comfortable working in a production-aware environment (DevOps mindset: “you build it, you run it”)
• Experience working with time series data or developing analytics solutions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• A collaborative and agile mindset—comfortable experimenting, iterating, and learning fast

Nice to Have

• Experience with recommendation engines or AI/ML models
• Experience with Go, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or React
• Familiarity with building or contributing to data analytics platforms
