What You'll Build

Who We're Looking For

Must Have (Hard Requirements)

• Significant professional experience building backend software for production environments, with a strong focus on designing scalable, reliable distributed systems.
• Strong programming experience building backend services using modern software engineering practices.
• Experience designing and operating large-scale data processing pipelines or distributed infrastructure.
• Experience building systems involving large language models (LLMs), AI pipelines, search, retrieval, or data processing workflows.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and domain teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• A pragmatic engineering mindset with a focus on solving high-impact problems efficiently.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and resourcefulness.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: USD $249,000–$405,000, depending on experience and expertise.
