Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Node.js backend developer to join our team full-time on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with crypto exchange platforms and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services for a crypto exchange platform
• Integrate with external exchange APIs for spot and futures trading
• Build robust, secure, and scalable Node.js services
• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to ensure smooth product delivery
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional backend development experience with Node.js
• Proven experience working on crypto exchange platforms
• Strong knowledge of API integrations and microservices
• Experience with MongoDB or similar databases
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with high-frequency trading systems
• Familiarity with security best practices in crypto/finance
