We're a venture studio that builds and scales technology companies from the ground up. As part of our product team, you'll help develop an AI-native platform that streamlines go-to-market execution for startups, with plans to evolve it into a commercial product used by founders and growth teams.

Why This Role Matters

You'll help define the technical foundation of a product before public launch.

Beyond building application features, you'll design AI-powered workflows that automate complex go-to-market processes, improve product quality through rapid iteration, and shape the architecture that supports future customers.

What You'll Build

• Develop and maintain a production-ready web application, including both frontend and backend functionality.
• Build secure authentication and user management workflows.
• Strengthen backend architecture to improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Design, build, and maintain AI agents that automate specialized business and growth workflows.
• Integrate external AI APIs into agent pipelines and application features.
• Create, evaluate, and optimize prompts and multi-step AI workflows using measurable output quality.
• Build automation pipelines that replicate real-world expert processes.
• Ship new features rapidly during the pre-launch phase and continuously improve the platform based on customer feedback after launch.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team in an environment where requirements evolve quickly.

Who We're Looking For

Must Have

• Strong professional experience building full-stack applications using JavaScript and TypeScript, with solid backend development expertise.
• Experience with Python for backend services or AI-related functionality.
• Proven experience developing AI agents, AI automations, or agentic workflows, including orchestration beyond simple prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience integrating external AI APIs into production applications.
• Experience building secure web dashboards, authentication systems, and user management workflows.
• Ability to design, evaluate, and improve prompts and AI pipelines using structured testing and benchmarking.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments with evolving product requirements and minimal process.
• Ability to independently prioritize work and deliver production-ready features quickly.

Nice to Have

• Experience building or maintaining MCP servers.
• Familiarity with AI development tools and coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar agent frameworks.
• Experience with go-to-market automation, growth tooling, or marketing technology platforms.
• Experience managing web servers, application deployment, and performance optimization.
• Previous experience as an early-stage or founding engineer.
