Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled C Developer to enhance and extend an existing C codebase, known as Firedancer. You will also be responsible for creating C extensions for Python and Rust code, contributing to the seamless integration and performance optimization of our software projects.

Responsibilities

• Extend and enhance the existing Firedancer C codebase to improve functionality and performance.
• Develop C extensions to integrate with Python and Rust codebases, ensuring smooth interoperability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in C programming
• Experience with writing C extensions for Python and Rust.
• Familiar with networking protocols, QUICK, UDP, TCP/IP

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with software performance optimization techniques.
• Experience working in collaborative development environments.
