Senior Automation / Agentic Systems Engineer — Bots & Fulfillment Automation

Responsibilities

• Build headless automation bots (Playwright/Puppeteer) to place orders on Amazon, Walmart, Shein, Temu, and other U.S. retailers on behalf of LATAM users.
• Develop agentic checkout flows: login, add-to-cart, address injection (SkyPostal hub), payment execution, confirmation retrieval.
• Integrate with SmartCalculator (for landed cost) and SkyPostal APIs for automatic label creation & customs manifests.
• Build task orchestration pipelines (queues, retries, error recovery, monitoring dashboards).
• Ensure secure storage of merchant credentials and payment methods (OAuth2, secret managers, token refresh).
• Optimize bots for scalability and anti-bot detection resistance (rotating proxies, captcha solving, session management).

Requirements

• 6–8+ years in automation engineering, RPA, or large-scale scraping.
• Advanced experience with Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium.
• Strong backend development skills (Node.js and Python).
• Knowledge of browser fingerprinting, headless detection, and anti-bot techniques.
• Experience in secure payments & e-commerce checkout automation.
• Familiarity with logistics APIs and cross-border workflows (customs, HS codes).
