Senior And Mid-level Developers

Role Overview

We are partnering with a U.S.-based tech client embarking on a new product build and team expansion. We are seeking experienced senior and mid-level developers to join our core group of five developers. This team will consist of a mix of frontend and backend developers to support agile growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with in-house teams to design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities using React, Node.js, and Python.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams using tools such as Slack, Jira, and GitHub to ensure seamless integration and communication.
• Contribute to the scaling process by providing technical expertise and support to the development team.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in React, Node.js, and Python.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration.
• Experience working in or collaborating with U.S.-based teams, with a preference for candidates in the LATAM region due to time zone alignment.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate smoothly with in-house teams using collaboration tools like Slack, Jira, and GitHub.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SOC 2 and ISO IEC 27001 standards.
• Ability to quickly adapt and start contributing to the team within 2–4 weeks.
