Now, we’re scaling our platform to power the next generation of AI-driven livestreaming and video creation. We’re looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design and deploy intelligent, real-time video and audio solutions that transform how people create, personalize, and share content.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you’ll lead initiatives that bring the power of AI to video production and live streaming.

You will:

• Partner with Product and Engineering to define an AI/ML roadmap aligned with business goals
• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle — from data acquisition and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Build LLM-based agents and custom workflows to enhance developer productivity and user experience
• Optimize models for real-time performance on both cloud and device
• Work on text-to-image generation, image segmentation, object and pose detection, and speech recognition
• Apply both generative and discriminative techniques to real-world video use cases
• Design, prototype, and deploy production-ready ML models focused on computer vision, audio intelligence, and multimodal understanding
• Develop efficient, lightweight models optimized for mobile/web inference (e.g., TensorFlow.js, ONNX)
• Integrate ML models into the Switcher platform, collaborating closely with full stack and mobile engineers
• Conduct code reviews, champion best practices, and mentor junior engineers
• Stay current with research and industry trends in applied AI, identifying opportunities to innovate

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying ML models in production environments
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Experience with generative (diffusion, transformer) and discriminative (classification, segmentation) models
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Proven experience in computer vision and optionally audio processing
• Familiarity with deploying ML models to cloud and mobile
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex ML concepts into practical solutions
