SAP Process Automation & App Builder Specialist - Part-time - EMEA/APAC

We are looking for a SAP Process Automation & App Builder Specialist to develop and automate business processes using SAP Build Apps and SAP Process Automation, with a focus on seamless integration across SAP and external systems.

Responsibilities:

App Development with SAP Build Apps:

• Design and build user-friendly SAP apps, such as customer-facing apps for Aftersales.
• Enable customers to log in, view purchased products, request maintenance, or order replacement parts directly through the app.
• Connect to SAP S/4HANA databases to display real-time product and inventory data.
  Process Automation:
• Use SAP Process Automation to automate workflows such as creating service requests, generating quotes, or managing approvals based on user input from the app.
• Ensure smooth backend automation, reducing manual office work and improving efficiency.
  Integration:
• Set up APIs to connect external systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM) with SAP apps, enabling the synchronization of customer data and product histories.
• Integrate data from SAP S/4HANA and external CRMs into a unified workflow for seamless user experiences.
  Optimization:
• Collaborate with business teams to identify areas for process optimization and implement tailored automation solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Hands-on experience with SAP Build Apps and SAP Process Automation.
• Proficiency in integrating SAP S/4HANA with external systems via APIs.
• Ability to design efficient workflows and automate business processes end-to-end.
