Job Description: Marketing Manager
About the Role
We’re seeking a seasoned and well-rounded Marketing Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience across paid acquisition, organic growth, and CRM management. The ideal candidate is both strategic and analyticall, comfortable owning multi-channel campaigns, interpreting data to drive decisions, and building scalable marketing systems that support long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Marketing & Acquisition
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Facebook, and other digital channels.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS and reduce CAC.
- Manage budgets, forecast performance, and report on key campaign metrics.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Build and maintain tracking systems across platforms, including pixels, UTM structures, and conversion events.
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, evaluate results, and recommend actionable insights.
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Lead on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, content recommendations, and site audits.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop high-impact organic growth strategies.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Manage CRM workflows, segmentation, and automation to nurture leads through the funnel.
- Build and optimize pipelines that support sales and lifecycle marketing.
- Ensure data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and seamless integration across tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or similar roles.
- Proven success managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other major ad platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with SEO best practices and organic growth strategies.
- Experience managing CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and building lead pipelines.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning both strategy and execution.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive working style.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, attribution modeling, and lead scoring.
- Understanding of broader brand strategy and creative development.
