[Remote] UI/UX and front-end developer

**Position Overview:**We're seeking a versatile Front End Developer with strong UI/UX design capabilities to bridge the gap between business vision and technical implementation. This role requires rapid prototyping skills and the ability to iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback before full development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into intuitive user interface designs and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to iterate on designs and gather feedback before development
• Build responsive, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js
• Create wireframes, mockups, and design systems that align with business objectives
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience
• Maintain design consistency across all digital touchpoints

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of front-end development experience with React and Next.js
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Strong UI/UX design skills with experience in Figma
• Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative design processes
• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field
• Experience with TypeScript, state management libraries, and testing frameworks
• Background in user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions
• Knowledge of performance optimization and SEO best practices
• Previous experience working in agile development environments
