We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to scale paid acquisition and CRM funnels for two brands:
- Linaje Jewelry (DTC e-commerce)
- The Vibe Coffee (multi-location retail + online ordering)
All platforms already exist — this is an execution and scaling role, not a setup-from-scratch position.
A core requirement is running Meta’s Andromeda creative testing framework, where campaign success depends on launching 10–15 highly differentiated creatives per SKU every 7–10 days and scaling winners based on performance signals.
What You’ll Do
Paid Media
- Own scaling on:
Meta Ads (primary channel)
Google Ads (Search + Shopping + remarketing)
- Run weekly Andromeda creative test cycles:
10–15 distinct creatives per product
Mixed formats (UGC video, testimonials, unboxings, detail shots, static images, motion graphics)
Analyze hook retention, CTR, CPA, and conversion lift
Graduate winning creatives into scaling campaigns
CRM & Funnel Automation
- **Klaviyo
**Build & optimize: Welcome, abandoned browse/cart/checkout, post-purchase, upsell, review, and winback flows
Manage bilingual email + SMS segmentation
- **GoHighLevel
**Optimize chat bot, SMS follow-ups, and Voice AI routing
Implement routing logic:
Spanish vs English speakers
Low-ticket vs Mid-ticket vs High-ticket customers
Route high-value leads directly to live calls with our closer
CRO & Funnel Optimization
- Use Microsoft Clarity + Shopify analytics to identify funnel drop-offs
- Collaborate with developer to implement:
Homepage merchandising changes
Trust & urgency badges
Offer placement tests
CTA optimization
Creative Operations
- Coordinate creators & editors producing weekly content
- Maintain creative testing dashboards
- Ensure creative production velocity never slows
Reporting
- Weekly metrics tracking:
ROAS, CPA, conversion rate
Email/SMS revenue
Call funnel close rates
