Private Photo Vault is a leading mobile app with over 50 million downloads worldwide. Designed with privacy at its core, the app helps users securely store and manage their personal photos. To date, much of our growth has been organic, and now, we’re ready to scale further.

We’re looking for an experienced, full-time Mobile App Growth Marketer to lead our marketing efforts and unlock our next phase of growth.

We are a small team of about 5 people so you will be able to have a significant impact on the project. Since you will be the first marketer we have hired, having a self starter attitude and the ability to direct yourself to work on high value opportunities is important.

About the Role
As the Growth Marketing Specialist, you will take full ownership of our growth strategy across both organic and paid channels. You’ll work directly with the team to analyze our market position, identify new revenue opportunities, and execute scalable marketing strategies. This is a high-impact, leadership role where you’ll shape the marketing direction of a product trusted by millions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end growth marketing strategy for the app
• Analyze current user acquisition and revenue performance
• Identify and test new channels for both paid and organic growth
• Scale and optimize campaigns across paid channels
• Improve organic visibility via ASO, content strategy
• Collaborate with product and engineering to identify high-leverage growth opportunities
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key growth metrics to guide decision-making
• Stay ahead of trends and tactics in mobile growth and app marketing

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in mobile app growth
• Proven success in driving revenue through paid acquisition and organic strategies
• Fluent English communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools
• Experience with A/B testing, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
• A passion for privacy-focused products is a plus
