The QA Specialist ensures the platform's key features function reliably and meet quality standards. You’ll be responsible for testing core flows such as content uploads, payments, and recommendation algorithms. Working closely with the product and engineering teams, you’ll simulate various user scenarios to catch bugs, report issues, and improve the platform experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases for web and mobile features
- Conduct end-to-end QA tests for payments, uploads, and account flows
- Perform cross-browser and device compatibility testing
- Use tools like Postman for API testing and debugging
- Contribute to test automation using Selenium, Cypress, etc.
- Document test results and communicate with developers
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in QA or software testing
- Strong skills in test planning, case design, and issue reporting
- Experience testing web/mobile applications
- Analytical mindset and ability to handle edge cases and bugs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman)
- Background in video or media platform QA
- Familiarity with multilingual service testing (EN/JP/VN)
