Project Manager

Role Overview

Interlaced.io is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of technical projects. As a key player in our IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) team, you will coordinate both internal and external resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client projects from initiation through to closeout, ensuring all deliverables meet the defined scope and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to allocate resources efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals and client agreements.
• Forecast labor needs and adjust plans to accommodate project demands while maintaining adherence to timelines.
• Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with company standards.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in project management, particularly within the Tech and IT sectors.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
