Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and closing projects, while managing teams and resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions and ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project goals and objectives.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Required Skills
- Proven working experience as a project manager in the relevant field.
- Strong working knowledge of project management software and methodologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Nice to Have
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Experience in managing projects in a specific industry or domain related to the job context.
