Product Manager

Role Overview

Odyn Network is seeking a highly strategic and technically adept Product Director to lead the development of our core AI Orchestration platform. This platform is the critical layer enabling secure, efficient, and scalable access to our decentralized compute network. You will be instrumental in translating Odyn’s institutional-grade ethos - blending high-performance infrastructure, pioneering AI innovation, and stringent safety standards - into a seamless, market-leading product experience.

• Product Strategy & Vision: Own and define the 3-5 year product roadmap for the AI Orchestration Software, focusing on maximizing utility for enterprise clients, researchers, and creators. Working with Engineering to manifest the vision.
• Decentralized Compute Management: Drive the product requirements for intelligent workload scheduling, distributed resource provisioning, and performance optimization across a global network of decentralized nodes.
• AI/ML Integration: Specify and deliver features that simplify the deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of large-scale AI/ML models (Model-as-a-Service) on the Odyn network.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the product meets institutional-grade standards for reliability, uptime, security, and developer experience, mirroring the rigor of top-tier infrastructure providers.

Hard Requirements (Technical & Domain)

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years focused on deeply technical B2B platforms, Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS), or MLOps tooling.
• Demonstrable expertise with Distributed Systems, Container Orchestration (Kubernetes) , and bare-metal/virtual machine provisioning at scale.
• Proven understanding of the full lifecycle of AI/ML model deployment, inference, and fine-tuning.
• Strong technical foundation in decentralized technologies, including general blockchain architecture, token economics, or distributed ledger technology, to integrate with Odyn’s core layer.
• Mandatory experience in defining and launching APIs/SDKs that simplify complex backend infrastructure for external developers.

Desired Stack & Tools

• Orchestration/Compute: Kubernetes, Terraform, Prometheus/Grafana.
• AI/ML: PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLFlow, experience with large transformer models.
• Decentralization: Familiarity with high-throughput blockchain architectures (e.g., Solana), decentralized identity, or verifiable compute technologies.
