Product Designer WW-FT

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to lead the visual direction and design foundations for our B2B SaaS application, Applied Integral. This role involves defining the UI language, color systems, typography, and the overall look and feel of key components, ensuring our product appears modern and enterprise-grade.

Responsibilities

• Set the visual direction and establish core design foundations for the application.
• Define and implement a cohesive UI language, including light and dark color systems, typography, and spacing.
• Redesign 2–3 key screens to demonstrate the new design direction, focusing on data-heavy visualizations.
• Style core components such as buttons, inputs, cards, navigation, and tables.
• Provide concise rationale and notes for design decisions to guide future development.
• Deliver designs in a format that can be easily implemented by engineers, whether in Figma, HTML, or directly in Tailwind CSS.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in designing B2B SaaS applications, particularly dashboards and data-heavy interfaces.
• Strong expertise in visual direction, including color systems, typography, spacing, and component styling.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance clarity and usability in dense, data-driven UIs.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions and rationale.
• Proficiency in Figma or the ability to deliver designs directly in code/Tailwind CSS.

Nice to Have

• Experience with React and shadcn/Radix component setup.
• Ability to deliver directly in Tailwind/shadcn code for additional compensation consideration.
