Principal Azure, Microsoft Fabric and Security Architect - PT - Nordic EU

Role Overview

We are seeking an expert-level Principal Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Security Architect to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of security, governance, and enterprise platform architecture. You will be the senior authority responsible for reviewing, challenging, and guiding the overall design of the Azure/Fabric platform, ensuring it meets the highest security and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior architectural authority for the Azure and Microsoft Fabric platform, focusing on security and governance.
• Design and validate secure enterprise architecture across Azure and Microsoft Fabric, including identity and access control, network security, and compliance controls.
• Guide customer stakeholders and implementation teams, providing expert advice on architecture, governance, and security.
• Produce tangible deliverables such as architecture, governance, security, and handover documentation.
• Lead discussions on architecture, governance, and security, reviewing implementation choices and documenting decisions.

Required Skills

• Expert-level hands-on architectural knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
• Strong experience with security and governance, including Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and B2B access.
• Proficiency in network security, firewall and routing, audit logging, compliance controls, and operational security.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering projects in regulated, security-sensitive, or enterprise-scale environments.
• EU citizenship is required or strongly preferred, specifically from Austria, Germany, or the Nordic countries.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Language skills in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
• Experience with data governance, data catalog, and lineage.
• Familiarity with Power BI/Fabric tenant hardening and workspace governance.
