We drive patient leads through paid digital channels and are rapidly scaling our acquisition efforts. Launched in early 2025, we're already generating strong results and are ready to bring world-class paid media expertise in-house.
We're hiring an experienced Paid Ads Campaign Manager / Performance Marketer to join us in a lead execution role. You will own day-to-day campaign management across Meta and Google, drive full-funnel strategy from top-of-funnel awareness to lead conversion, and help us reduce reliance on external agencies by building in-house capability. This is not a consulting or advisory position — we need someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets results.
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive qualified patient leads.
• Build, launch, and iterate on sales funnels — from ad creative concepts to landing page flow.
• Oversee retargeting campaigns and lead salvaging strategies (SMS, email outbound).
• Analyze performance data daily and make data-backed optimizations to improve ROAS and CPL.
• Bring fresh ideas, emerging platforms, and creative strategies to the team — introduce tactics from past roles that could unlock new growth.
• Collaborate with the design team to brief and review ad creatives.
• Work closely with founders and provide transparent reporting on campaign KPIs.
• Coordinate with or gradually transition work from the existing agency relationship.
• 4+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience, with deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven track record managing significant ad budgets ($20K+/month) with measurable ROAS improvements.
• Experience building and optimizing full sales funnels — not just running ads, but connecting ads to conversion.
• Strong understanding of retargeting, lead nurturing, and multi-channel campaigns (SMS, email, display).
• Affiliate marketing or performance-based marketing background is a strong plus.
• Analytical mindset — comfortable in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and attribution platforms.
• Healthcare, telehealth, or DTC e-commerce experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communicator who can work closely with a founder-led team and bring proactive ideas.
• Must be able to work during North American business hours (overlap required).
• Experience with CRM integrations or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel).
• Familiarity with compliance requirements for advertising in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharma).
• Experience collaborating with or managing creative teams for ad production.
• Background working with or transitioning away from marketing agencies.
