A.SHIMUS is a women’s fashion brand (launched May 2025) with a Shopify storefront and two New York retail locations (Upper East Side & Soho). Products are crafted in Japan and sold primarily in the US and Tokyo. We’re ready to scale online sales and need an expert to own paid acquisition.

Role Overview

Own, optimize, and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads (optionally Pinterest) to drive qualified traffic and conversions. You’ll set up campaigns, improve ROAS, and guide budget allocation and expectations. No new content creation is needed—use existing creative/assets.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategy & Setup: Audit accounts (Google/Meta), pixels/tags, conversion events; define audience & funnel strategy; structure campaigns (Search, PMax, Shopping, Dynamic Remarketing; Meta prospecting/retargeting).

  • Execution & Optimization: Iterate ad copy/creative variants using existing assets; A/B tests; optimize keywords/audiences/placements/bids/budgets; ensure clean tracking (GA4, Shopify, UTM).

  • Insights & Guidance: Advise on ad spend efficiency (prior guidance ~$5–6k/mo); report weekly on KPIs and next actions; set expectations for CAC/ROAS and payback windows.

Must-Have Experience

  • 4+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for e-commerce (US market).
  • Demonstrated results for women’s apparel/fashion or similar DTC retail.
  • Strong with Shopify, GA4, conversion tracking, and feed management.
  • Data-driven testing mindset; comfortable with ROAS/CAC math and cohort analysis.
  • Clear, responsive communicator who can work independently.

Nice to Have

  • Creative iteration using existing assets; basic landing-page testing.
  • Light SQL/Looker Studio for custom reporting.

KPIs

ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, AOV, Spend vs. Plan, New vs. Returning revenue mix, and tracking accuracy.
