About the Role

We are seeking a Sage Intacct Integration Specialist to lead the development of a custom integration between our platform and Sage Intacct. The primary focus of this role will be to build a one-way data sync from our internal transaction database to Sage Intacct, enabling our nonprofit clients to streamline their accounting workflows.

This is a 3-month project with an immediate start, targeting completion by the end of Q2 2025. There is potential for continued collaboration on future integration projects based on performance. You’ll work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to define and execute the integration strategy, serving as the subject matter expert for Sage Intacct.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with Sage Intacct API integrations.
• Strong expertise in REST APIs and building custom B2B integrations from the ground up.
• Experience with Sage Intacct implementations and customizations.
• Proficiency in:
  • Node.js
  • Next.js
  • Nest.js
  • MongoDB
  • AWS
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset.
• Ability to interpret API documentation and implement solutions that meet defined product requirements.

Nice to Have Skills

• Previous experience working with US-based companies and aligning with distributed teams across multiple time zones (Pacific to Eastern).
• Familiarity with other accounting systems and API integrations.
• Experience working in high-growth startups or with fintech products.
