Our Requirements
- Our business has an opportunity to work with an existing customer of Oracle HCM Cloud where they have a - Live implementation and are looking to implement new functionality.
- The customer will provide a Non-Production Environment for our use.
- The work will begin in March 2025
- This is just the first (minimum) scope of work and there are options for additional scope to be added
- This is one of the projects available to our business and there are options for additional project work
- We are looking for Candidates with experience in implementing the (configuring for a customer’s requirements) Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle HCM Learning Cloud products
- Candidate location is flexible – ideally to allow some opportunity for Candidate to join some calls during UK business hours
- Candidate cost is flexible – we are favouring Candidates with more experience and expertise with the Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle HCM Learning Cloud products
- We are open to hiring multiple Candidates with different areas of expertise
The scope of work
Helping the customer organisation to manage and track the Certifications in place with their staff:
- Configuration of Oracle HCM – Talent - Licenses and Certifications to support all existing types of Certifications with all relevant data and documentation against a staff member’s Talent Profile
- Import of existing Certification Data (Excel spreadsheet) into Oracle HCM
- Configuration of Oracle HCM - Alerts Composer to notify workers and managers on expired and expiring licenses and certifications
- Configuration of a (simple) Oracle HCM - Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence Report
Implementing Oracle Learning Cloud with a migration of content from another LMS:
- Uploading of existing Training content into Oracle Learning
- Integration of Oracle Learning with external providers of Training content where possible / supported
- Configuration of Oracle HCM to create Learning Paths for all mandatory training
- Configuration of Oracle HCM - Alerts Composer to notify workers and managers on Compliance status with regards to mandatory training completion
- Configuration of Oracle HCM to enable Alerts and Approvals required to allow externally provided Training content to be automatically updated
- Configuration of an Oracle HCM - Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence Report designed to provide Power BI with all Compliance data related to mandatory staff data
