Job Summary

We are a wholesale distribution company seeking a skilled NetSuite Developer to support a wide range of business needs. You will work on projects involving scripting, automation, reporting, custom module development, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• SuiteScript Development & Customization: Use SuiteScript (1.0/2.x), Suitelets, custom records/fields, and SuiteFlow to design, build, and deploy solutions. Projects may include UI/UX enhancements, process automations, custom modules, and system extensions to streamline workflows and enhance functionality.
• Reporting and Analytics: Build complex saved searches, reports, and dashboards to deliver actionable insights across departments.
• Advanced PDF/HTML Templates: Create and customize transaction forms, statements, and other document templates.
• Integration: Manage and execute integration of third-party software with NetSuite
• Performance Optimization: Build efficient, scalable customizations. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues as they arise.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and resolve system issues as
  needed
• Project Communication: Track assigned tasks and proactively communicate progress
  and blockers.

Example Projects

• Custom purchase order suggestion and PO creation module with consumption trends, current stock, and recommended quantity to purchase
• Automated assembly/kit pricing updates driven by component cost changes
• Automatic sales rep assignment based on customer ship-to address
• Invoice and item level profitability reporting
• Sales rep dashboard with KPIs and drilldowns by product category, SKU, and location

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of NetSuite development experience with strong knowledge of core modules:
  Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, CRM, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Financials
• Expert in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x, including Suitelets, User Event, Client, Scheduled, and Map/Reduce scripts
• Proficient in building advanced saved searches, reports, and KPIs
• Experienced in customizing Advanced PDF/HTML templates
• Skilled in web services and API integrations (REST, SOAP)
• Strong communication and task management skills; proactive in status updates
• Experience in wholesale distribution a plus
