MVP Builder – Communication Intelligence OS™ (Lite Version)
Project Type: Short-term MVP build (4–6 weeks)
Role: Full-Stack / Low-Code / No-Code + AI Workflow Engineer
1. Role Overview / About the Project
We are building the Lite MVP of The Communication Intelligence OS™, a training and meeting-coaching platform for financial advisors.
You will be responsible for building the core structure, logic, permissions, workflows, and database foundation of the platform so the Founder can later insert proprietary intelligence.
This is a fixed-scope build including dashboards, AI-integrated modules, a prompt vault, reward engines, reporting flows, and a staging-to-production deployment pipeline. Only placeholder prompts will be used in the MVP.
2. Responsibilities
- Build nine core product modules (Lite versions), including meeting prep, analysis, sparring, feedback, follow-ups, ranking, rewards, and study profile views.
- Implement all workflows as defined in the product spec: Advisor Feedback Loop, Reward Engine, Daily Learning Engine, report generation, and unified pattern syncing.
- Create and structure the full relational database (14 tables) exactly as provided in the schema.
- Build a secure prompt vault with strict role permissions, placeholder prompts, and an encrypted Founder-only tier.
- Implement a prompt router with versioning, injection protection, and test harness functionality.
- Configure role-based access (Builder, Advisor, Founder) with strict security and permission enforcement.
- Develop dashboards, settings panels, and an admin console for system management and analytics.
- Set up dev, staging, and production environments with secure storage and proper deployment practices.
- Integrate STT for the Meeting Analyzer, LLM APIs, and necessary workflow automation tools.
3. Required Skills
- Strong experience with no-code/low-code platforms or full-stack development (Codespring preferred; Bubble/FlutterFlow/React also acceptable).
- Solid understanding of workflow automation, modular architecture, and scalable SaaS design.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar) and building reliable AI-driven features.
- Proficiency with relational databases and structured schemas.
- Familiarity with secure file storage, permission systems, and basic encryption concepts.
- Extremely detail-oriented and able to follow a highly structured specification without deviation.
- Experience building dashboards, admin tools, and multi-environment deployments.
- Comfort working under an NDA and within strict IP-boundaries.
