Mobile Engineer (iOS/Android) - Fulltime - Worldwide

Real estate agents run their business from their phones. This role is about meeting them there — building a best-in-class mobile experience that brings AI-powered assistance directly into agents' pockets. You'll own our mobile apps end to end, developing native experiences for both iOS and Android.

What you'll do

• Build our mobile apps from scratch: architect and develop native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) apps that extend our AI assistant platform to mobile. Full ownership of the mobile experience.
• Design fluid AI-driven interfaces: build responsive UI for conversational AI — streaming responses in real time, voice input, push alerts for AI-generated insights, and workflows that hold up offline.
• Tap into native device capabilities: camera-based document capture, contact sync for CRM, calendar hooks, location awareness for property context, and timely push notifications.
• Move quickly, iterate constantly: work within a small, fast-moving team to prototype, test, and ship. We prioritize speed and craft over heavy process.
• Partner across teams: collaborate closely with backend and AI engineers to shape and consume APIs, keep data in sync in real time, and deliver a consistent cross-platform experience.

• A mobile document scanner for contracts and listing agreements, paired with AI extraction and compliance checks
• Real-time AI chat with streaming responses, contextual suggestions, and quick-action shortcuts built around common agent tasks
• A notification system that proactively surfaces AI-driven insights — deadlines, compliance flags, market movement — at the right moment
• An offline-searchable knowledge base agents can use in the field, even without signal at a showing

What you'll bring

• 3+ years building native mobile applications
• Strong hands-on experience with Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) — you've shipped in both
• Familiarity with modern mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Compose, SwiftUI)
• Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, real-time data protocols (WebSockets/SSE), and mobile networking practices
• A strong sense for polished, intuitive mobile UX

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered or conversational mobile products
• Exposure to cross-platform approaches (shared logic, unified design systems)
• Background in real-time streaming, push infrastructure, or offline-first design
• Real estate tech, field service, or other mobile-first vertical experience
• Track record of shipped apps with strong ratings and active users
