About Us

We're an event staffing company with a live mobile app connected to our website, helping staff sign up for events, track time, and communicate. We're now looking to accelerate feature development.

Project Description

We need a Mobile App Developer to join our team and continue building on our existing app. You'll add features, improve performance, and iterate based on feedback — not build from scratch.

Current Features

• Event calendar with sign-up
• Clock in / clock out
• In-app chat per event
• Push notifications
• Admin panel integration

What You'll Do

• Ship new features on the existing app
• Improve and optimize current functionality
• Fix bugs and collaborate with the team on priorities

Must-Haves

• Flutter (strong, hands-on)
• Supabase (strong, hands-on)

Also Needed

• PostgreSQL/MySQL (Firebase/MongoDB a plus)
• RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase Auth or OAuth
• Real-time: Socket.IO, Firebase Realtime DB, or WebSockets
• AWS/GCP or similar

Nice to Have

• Experience with event/staffing apps
• UI/UX sense
• App Store & Google Play maintenance experience

What We're Looking For

• Mid-level, proven Flutter + Supabase experience
• Comfortable working in an existing codebase
• Strong communicator, full-time, long-term
