Mid/Sr. Full-Stack Developer (Python/React) - FT Freelance - Americas

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic product strategy team. Your primary focus will be on accelerating the development of world-class analytics solutions, with a special emphasis on AI-enabled functionality. This fast-paced project demands innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly based on client feedback. Startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the product strategy team to iterate and enhance the current application version.
• Perform organizational backend work and develop the React frontend.
• Design and create API routes to ensure seamless communication between services.
• Implement and manage data solutions using PostgreSQL, with a focus on Supabase.
• Develop Deno Edge Functions to extend application capabilities.
• Utilize Vercel AI SDK/AI Gateway and the OpenAI platform to implement AI agents and enhance application capabilities.
• Work with microservices architecture to support application modularity and flexibility.

Required Skills

• Expertise in the Vercel ecosystem, including Next.js and Vercel Edge Functions.
• Proficiency in frontend development with React.
• Strong backend development skills with Node.js and Python.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, with a preference for Supabase.
• Hands-on experience with Deno.
• Familiarity with the OpenAI platform and Vercel AI SDK/AI Gateway.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI agent implementation and function calling.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
